Our Strategies
​1. We are creating awareness (at National, District and Local church levels - about the unreached Deaf people group)
2. We provide assistance (district and local church - for the Deaf and hearing)
a. With the accreditation process (will require travel, local officials flexibility, national office recognition of quality)
· Help with Application review and screening of potential applicants
· Help with Interview of new Deaf applicants
b. With the ordination process (will require travel, local officials flexibility, national office recognition of quality)
· Help with Paper grading
· Help with exams and interviews
· Help coordinating Ordination conferences to be Deaf friendly
c. Help with identifying ASL Interpretive services (help identify local services and determine if qualified)
d. Helping Local churches with candidating process
e. Bringing non-C&MA churches into the Alliance family
f. For existing Deaf churches and ministries (ministry help, best practices, staff health, accountability, camaraderie)
Districts are responsible to commit the finances needed to help launch efforts to reach the Deaf in their districts.

a. Deaf individuals with a vocational ministry calling on their lives
b. People called to interpretation ministry
c. LEAD CMA has an ASL program focused on educating and equipping future Deaf
d. Help with identifying High yield Deaf environments that we need to be present in
e. Hearing churches willing to host a Deaf church plant
f. Hearing churches with current Deaf ministries that can be enhanced
We help to develop
a. GHE / HUB - developmental residency
b. LEAD - educational attainment
We help to deploy
a. Overseas
b. Church planting
c. Established church ministry
d. New ASL interpreters in ministry context
4. Opening NEW locations for deaf ministry/church (district and local church levels)
